He was very kind very professional and a move fast
Scheduled a time for them to come and quote and get stuff. Never communicated they were canceling. Called and rescheduled and they still never communicated or showed up. When I called in both times the person who answered tried to help but their boss said all appointments had been canceled. This is not a company I would use or attempt to use The only professional person they have is the person who answered the call
