They were kind and courtesy enough when I scheduled my appointment. However, when the appointment time came, no one called or showed up. When I called them after the appointment time, the person on the phone stated they would call them to pull over and call me back with an estimated time of arrival. I'm sorry. The men who came were punctual, quickly gave me payment information for the amount of stuff I had, and provided information about disposing of paint, chemicals, etc. They were pleasant and quickly removed my items.
The guys called and were able to come early. They were very professional and got the job done!! Would definitely use them again for my junk removal needs.
