I called and spoke with two very friendly and extremely helpful people on the phone who were able to set up an appointment for just two days later to have a refrigerator removed from my yard. I received a confirmation email explaining that the drivers would call me 15/20 minutes before they arrived which they did giving me enough time to make sure I had my dogs out I and was prepared for their arrival.
