Jonathan and trainee were very polite, professional, quick and respectful. A smooth process that makes it a pleasure using Junk King.
The service itself with movers was good. Communication with the call center was fine. However, communication between call center and the movers failed to ensure that the movers were equipped to pick up the items to be removed. It resulted in coming back the next day to complete service. Clarity of expectation needs to be in place to remove inconvenience to customer.
Fantastic. Great job. The 2 men did a wonderful job. My dogs loved them. Very very reasonable.
Service was good and workers were professional. The communication was number 1. Got done to business and cleaned up pretty good. No complaints over here
