They were right on time and extremely professional. They were able to haul away some additional items I added at the last minute. I will definitely call them next time. They made the process simple. I went on the website, filled out a simple questionnaire about what I was throwing out, and was able to schedule the pickup date (which could have been the next day if I wanted). Easy peasy.
