The guys were great! Couldn’t have had a better junk removal experience in Covington! They showed up on time, worked quickly and took great care of the space so as not to damage the property while completing the removal. Highly recommend!
Would give no stars if I could, communication was terrible, appointments was from 10am-to 12pm with a no show and no call until 1pm. Even a text would have been nice.
When I called to ask for a price, they told me that they have to come out and look first. But, after I told the person on the phone Exactly what needed to be picked up, they said that "at the most", it wouldn't be more than $125. So, they guys show up the next day, I had Everything at the end of my drive way so they wouldn't have anything to do but put it on the truck. The guy quoted me a price of $198!!! They were great. Showed up when they said they would. Gave me a reasonable quote and then hauled off my refrigerator right then and there.
