Scheduled an appointment online but it didn't include a quote. I called to get a quote and they gave me a rough range, which was not competitive so I cancelled. They confirmed the cancellation via email. I later got a text confirming pickup for the next day, to which I again responded that I had already cancelled and I received a text back confirming that.
