Terrible experience. I booked about a week in advance and only for a simple sofa removal. I booked the day before my new sofa was scheduled to arrive. About 20 minutes after my signed 2-hour window and two different attempts to reach the driver by the company, the driver finally called to tell me that he forgot to contact me to say that a big job meant he had to cancel all other appointments.
