Trent from Junk King communicated their arrival time well in advance days before when the appointment was scheduled, as well as reached out via phone to let me know when they could be expected to arrive. He and his partner arrived within the window I scheduled and had everything hauled out within 20 minutes. Before they started, they communicated the price, we agreed and they got to work right away.

After the big storm, I called Junk King and Jaden helped arrange everything quickly. The crew removed all the downed branches, old patio furniture, and junk from the backyard efficiently. Jaden was friendly and helpful, though the final price was a little higher than the initial quote once they saw the full load. Still happy with the work and would recommend them.
