Updated Review – 1 Star I originally gave Junk King 5 stars for their professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately my most recent experience has been the complete opposite. They were unresponsive, unapologetic, and refused to pick up the dumpster on the date they had promised. There was no communication, no explanation, and no apology for the delay, which caused serious issues with the homeowner.
