Surprised me how good customer service is at Junk King. The sales person who answered my call (Rachel?) was super friendly and personable. The two young guys (Hugh and Weston) that picked up my freezer were very friendly. They called me to let me know when they expected to arrive. Seamless. Very satisfied.
