Fails to show up to scheduled online appointments. Had an appointment for Tuesday- no show, rescheduled to Wednesday- no show, rescheduled a third time for Thursday - shows up 2 hours after appointment window after I had already left for work. Then has the audacity to ask if I still need an item removal? Nobody shows up when I ask and all customer service does is reschedule the appointment to a new time and they still don’t show up for it!
Made an appointment online. They didn't show. I spent hours having to check back to see if they were coming and eventually they cancelled. See texts attached. Very unprofessional.

Amazing communication, incredibly patient, and a pleasure to work with. Pricing was better than many other companies I’ve debated and researched. I reserved a 12 cubic yd dumpster and it was more than enough for the work I was doing. I 100% recommend to work with junk king!
