I contacted them this morning for mattress disposal and they arrived within 2 hours - incredibly quick response time! The service was super fast and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend for anyone needing prompt, affordable mattress removal.
Low rating due to late arrival and poor communication from the company. This company gives you a 2 hour expected window for the service team to arrive. The service team did not arrive during my appointment window (2-4pm). When I called for an update I was told that the team was running behind and they would be calling me soon. I also asked if I would be compensated for the fact that the service team was late.
