Probably one of the smoothest transactions ever. I had a junk car. Made a call to JCIC. It was a Saturday so expected to make plans for the first of the week. Chad said he could be here in a few hours. He was pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend.
What a blessing! Had another company scheduled for pick up through an online set up for over a week and this morning they called to say i lived too far for pick up. I had a Pod scheduled for today as well and the old car would have been in the way making the drop off difficult, if at all. I called Jeff and he worked it out with Jacob and he came right away.
