My nana LOVES the Arts & Crafts and Happy Hour! I’m so excited to see her active and making cool things with her peers. She speaks highly of the new activity staff!
I recently did a pop-in visit for my dad, and I was honestly so impressed. The atmosphere was full of life...residents were watching videos, dancing, and enjoying each other’s company. Many were engaged in activities, and you could just feel the sense of community and joy in the room. After visiting other places that felt quiet or dull, Juniper Village truly stood out. I would highly recommend this community for any loved one. The staff is so friendly and they truly care about to residents they serve. There has also been a renovation which looks amazing! The care staff including Mercy are top notch.
The parking is horrible. The staff take up most of the parking. There is parking in the rear of the building with a sign above a door saying “employees only” but staff do not park there, they park up front and in the handicap spaces. So when you go visit your relatives and/or take them out, there is no where to park. I have addressed this several times, yet it continues to happen.
I’ll make this short & sweet manegment is no good they treated my grandma like she was cattle just a check every month for the company the staff on the other hand they were great very nice very polite & professional going above and beyond for the people. But I really cannot say that about the management I been there when they are short staffed & all they did was nothing just sit in the office till another employee came in to fill the spot.
