I have worked for Juniper for almost 11 years and plan to spend the rest of my career here because of who I work with and what we do. I enjoy spending my day with people who actually enjoy taking care of others and care about their quality of life. You can train associates to do a job but you can’t teach them how to care. Juniper Village at Mount Joy excels at caring for each other and the people that call this place home!
My sister lived at Juniper for 10 months and I do not have one negative thing to say. From management, clerical, medical staff, food service and housekeeping, EVERYONE was amazing. When she became gravely ill, Hospice care joined the nursing staff, and coordinated her end of life care right up til the end. If you are seeking ultimate care for a loved one, in a beautiful, clean, welcoming atmosphere, please go visit Juniper Village in Mt. Joy, you will not be disappointed!
