My mom was recently a hospice resident for several months at Juniper’s skilled nursing facility. Throughout her stay, I was so impressed with the staff’s attentiveness and patience. It was clear that Mom’s comfort was their top priority. The facility was always very clean, my mom liked the food, and it was a great relief to my family to know that the Juniper staff was able to keep her much more comfortable than she would have been at home. The Housekeeping department is extremely responsive and do a great job keeping things clean and tidy! They also interact with residents with sincere friendliness and compassion to make sure the residents get what they need! They are true team players and help other departments whenever needed!
The staff is very friendly,competent, caring,and compassionate. The food is excellent. The administrative staff does everything possible to make the admission or discharge process stress free. The quality of care is top notch, with nurses stationed 24/7. They are in contact with families if the need arises. The facility is well kept inside and out along with its very clean. This review comes on behalf of me and my father (who was the one staying there). He said as a patient he felt looked after and cared for, found the staff to be excellent, and enjoyed the meals and activities there. As an outside observer (and fiercely protective of my father), I've got to say his whole care team was absolutely top notch and willing to answer all my questions, and they were truly working hard to get him in shape to come home as soon as he could.
