We’ve had a really good experience with Juniper Springs Senior Living... This season of life can be challenging, but the staff has been kind, patient, and genuinely caring... You can tell they really do try to know and engage the residents, not just manage them... The facility is clean, welcoming, and the communication has been solid. We’re thankful for the support they’ve provided...
Mom is hear and a world class facility...meals are a big deal and they do a great job here!
If you or your loved ones have medical dietary needs beware of moving into this facility. The dining information on Juniper Springs website is a flat out lie! They do not make anything from scratch, source any food locally or cater to specific dietary needs. They don’t even have a full kitchen and only have capacity to warm up premade processed food! The independent unit my mother has is lovely. Very cozy and comfortable. Thankfully she can cook in the unit as the food served in the main building is mediocre at best. We had dinner there with her, my son ordered the Chicken Alfredo, no chicken in it and the Alfredo sauce was milky and bland. My mom had a chef salad on another occasion, how can you mess up a chef salad? Well, they did. It was old, and my mom said she had to throw it out.
