Kathryn is the best ever (she does ny lashes) however all the stylists are wonderful!
The girl that does the waxes, Bailey, would not recommend her at all. The first time I went to her she was late, no music, doesn’t talk, so it was very awkward. A silent service is good if you feel welcomed but this is not the case she was rude. But the place is so conveniently close to me so I decided to rebook and try again thinking maybe she just had a bad day but this time was even worse again no talk no nothing no instructions no checking in at all. I found Madison when I first moved to Lafayette last fall. I just adore her and she does such an amazing job.
