We purchased one of Juniper's spec houses several months before completion, which turned out to be a great experience and outstanding finished product. Working with Nate was incredibly smooth as he is very responsive and appears to really enjoy the process. Nate and his team have a tasteful eye for finishes and design that exude quality without being overtly trendy.
