Out in the middle of no where. Refused service, put in base rooms near spa and staff service srea ...well away from other guest. Took at least an hour to get that room....terrible room. The blonde (wish I had her name), sorry, did not want to service me. Sadly, I prepaid. Pay extra for Sauna. Book online. Mostly stuff for golfing and kids. We have stayed at many of the resorts in the Bend area, and this may just be our new favorite! Truly feels like a luxury getaway; the amenities & property is SO nice, the service is phenomenal and the rooms are adorable. We were able to golf, get massages & use the sauna and dine at the restaurant multiple times and would recommend all of it! This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway!
