I stayed in the primary lodge. There was nothing extraordinary about my room (save for the view), but it had everything I needed and wanted. The restaurants on site were very good, and the service was great each time. Special shout-outs to Brad, Jeremy, and Simon at Iris and Kate at the front desk. Each of them were exceptionally kind and helpful. The property is magnificent. I was only there for golf, so I didn't experience the wellness center, but if it's even half as good as all that I did experience, it'd still be great.

‼️Disappointing Experience for the Price I grew up in Bend and hadn’t been out to Juniper Preserve in years, so I was really looking forward to this stay. The property is still beautiful, and the front desk staff were amazing, super friendly, helpful, and quick to fix things. That said, my first night I was woken up at 3 a.m. by a fridge that wouldn’t stop beeping. The front desk had it swapped out the next day, which I appreciate, but it still made for a rough night. Really liked it, road in is fun. Restaurant manager needs an attitude adjustment, rude, rude looks, he should be replaced. He an embarrassment to this resort.

I couldn't believe how a resort this nice could make a family feel so welcome. From the moment we parked we felt cared for, as we were never left unattended until after we'd received a room tour from the staff. The location is a bit out of the way, but it feels so peaceful and it's a great vibe. You can gather a lot from the picture on the internet, but what makes this the right place for a VACATION is the customer service.
