Great staff very helpful and manger Jen knows what she talking about. There was just a few issues I noticed on 1st trip. 1. When I went to use the spare Jerry can on the back of my olympic it was completely covered with oil on the inside. Even with intense cleaning I seem to not get it out. I would like to know what's going on since I bought this new from the dealer. 2. Both the tent and the awning had loose screws falling out this just FYI for quality control. Just picked up a new Scout camper from them. All in all was a fantastic experience. The team did a great job installing and walking me through the camper. Really fantastic employees that went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
