They are appointment only on Saturdays and would call before going in general because I was turned away when I also went there on a Tuesday. Whenever you go avoid taking Washington St north to get there because trains stop on the railroad crossing for over 30mins.

They do excellent work and really know their stuff, especially with electrical systems. I bought the owners old Alucabin and it’s top notch. Their main downfall is staffing and support. They’re often booked out months in advance so don’t break anything or need to add to your build and expect to get shop work done within a reasonable time frame- it’s quite disappointing and I’ve had a much better customer support with 4WC. Campers aren’t just a one time purchase, ongoing support is a key component.

Juniper Overland is a great shop with excellent service and a wealth of knowledge. If for some reason they don't have what you need, they have the resources to point you in the right direction. It is also great to deal with a local company that supports the 4x4 and Overlanding community as well as promoting the Stay the Trail and Tread Lightly ethos.

It’s so great to find a business that truly cares about their customer. Everyone from the showroom to the shop were courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. The custom build for my Jeep Gladiator is amazing. Definitely a business that I trust and would recommend! Thanks to everyone at Juniper Overland.
