Hands down the best salon I have been to in a while. Felicia really knows how to fix hair. I went to another salon that really fried my hair and thanks to Felicia my hair is back to normal and the color is amazing. Can not thank her enough. If you need your hair fixed or done right the first time go to her.
Felicia is fantastic! She listens to what I want and always does what is best for my particular hair. I always walk away with a new tip about haircare. Love my new highlights!!
Booked online for my teen daughter, she then texted then to say- oh by the way the teen price isn't real it's actually the same price (double what was listed) as an adult but I can't get the technology to change it. Wow who says that to a potential client. I think she just didn't want to work on a Saturday. We both needed cuts and we both went elsewhere then and glad because it worked out. I would have paid the larger amount if that was what had been listed in the first place or if she had offered it for the original amount ... read more
I love Felicia! She’s flexible with scheduling and has helped me out in a pinch. She does great work and is very fair in her pricing. In addition to her talent, she is a genuinely great person. I love chatting with her and hearing her stories. Definitely recommend!
Felicia is always a joy to be around. Great conversationalist who remembers the details of my life between visits. Her cuts and color have always come out exactly as I wanted because she legitimately cares about ME and never rushes the job.
