We hired Juniper for mowing , irrigation and repairs and lawn fertilization and weed control. They did the mowing and that is all. They wanted $80,000+ just for cutting the grass. They are sending us a bill now for over $6,000 for services we didn’t receive. I’ve tried for months to get this resolved and can’t get it done. Kyle McNamara was supposed to meet with me but has failed to do so. He won’t return my calls or texts. I don’t think we should pay for services that were not provided.
Juniper has been our HOAs landscaping service for several months now and they are consistently bypassing multiple homes yards in the community. They're also contracted to do weed control in the flower beds but have not done that at all. My neighbor had to install a foot of rock between his lanai and the grass because the weed whackers were destroying his screens and now they're destroying his fence as well. Overall i would never recommend this company to anyone unfortunately.
My community in Melbourne Fl has Juniper as our landscaping company. Have had work order pending for 3 months to repair ruts in lawn, and dead grass down to bare dirt in spots from herbicide spray. Irrigation has not worked on one side of our street for 3 months. My requests are being ignored, many issues with this company in our 55+ community. Juniper doesn't care.
