They continue to close my tickets regarding my dead lawn claiming people went to see our back lawn AND applied fertilizer AND treated turf weeds. We have the UniFi Protect video surveillance system WHICH RECORDS EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF ACTIVITY IN THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE HOUSE. They cut my AC drain. They promised dozens of times to fix it. They never did. To HOA board members: avoid them at any cost!
I live in evergreen of manatee north pod also known as evergreen estates. Juniper ignores all complaints from home owners about irrigation issues running nonstop for 12 hours or more. I have called, they said they would send someone out but nothing ever happened. So when the system goes on it doesn’t shut off you have to turn it off from the box in your yard.
For the 20th time - they left without weed-whacking the perimeter. $416 quarterly for this BS. Stay away from HOA’s. And, this nonsense.
They don’t keep up with our landscaping contract that we have with them. Do a horrible job with upkeeping. Long grass, weeds, and flowers look horrible.
