I am the President of Fidelity HOA of Talon Bay in North Port Fl and Juniper has taken over our landscaping and irrigation system. It was less than acceptable when they came in and now it is looking outstanding. I am even getting compliments from residents saying that it has never looked this good. Brian Guay, Dan Nazario, and Leo have been outstanding to work with and have certainly made my job easier. Bill
On top of many other things they’ve ruined in the past, they can’t even lay mulch properly. I had my lanai pressure washed 2 weeks ago. They spread mulch yesterday, and used a blower to get the mulch off the grass, plants, and sidewalks., and blew all the dirt into my lanai- all over the furniture and floor! Unfortunately, the HOA and management company, DellCor (also awful) have control of who is hired, and keep sticking with Juniper because of better pricing.
They continue to close my tickets regarding my dead lawn claiming people went to see our back lawn AND applied fertilizer AND treated turf weeds. We have the UniFi Protect video surveillance system WHICH RECORDS EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF ACTIVITY IN THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE HOUSE. Not one person has been there to inspect the lawn as they said would happen. All we have is an 8 second video on Jan 6 of a person spraying a small area of the lawn from OUTSIDE OF THE FENCE. They cut my AC drain. They promised dozens of times to fix it. They never did. To HOA board members: avoid them at any cost!
I live in evergreen of manatee north pod also known as evergreen estates. Juniper ignores all complaints from home owners about irrigation issues running nonstop for 12 hours or more. I have called, they said they would send someone out but nothing ever happened. So when the system goes on it doesn’t shut off you have to turn it off from the box in your yard.
