So, we reach out because your mgt. ignores our complaints and puts my families lives in danger, you ignore us. For years. The oven bulbs exploding for two years, the outlet discharging electricity behind the walls killing power to the living room electronics. This company owns the apartments Ashton Heights in Bentonville AR. They refuse to do maintenance on the apartments. Alot of apartments have mold, leaks, broken appliances and filthy air filters. They are super slum lords. They did have the roofs reshingled but the roofers finished the job in the rain adding to the problem of rot and mold growth.

This company bought my apartments formerly Bentonville Commons now named Ashton Heights. They refuse to do maintenance on the apartments since taking over. Alot of apartments now have mold, leaks, broken dishwashers, broken washers and dryers and filthy air filters. When they first took over many of us thought this would be a nice chenge however that was not the case. They are super slum lords. Then they even had the buildings reshingled in the rain!
