We came here after getting engaged earlier in the day. The staff were so friendly and the food is the best food I’ve ever had in my life. When we come back one day, we will definitely be back. Not only was everything delicious, they gave us complimentary bubbly for our celebration. It’s located on the side of the mountain and has incredible views. The gooseberry (?) jam was so good with the charcuterie board that we asked to take some home- and they gave more to us!! So spectacular and a 11/10 experience. We Highly recommend... read more
Really great Hotel beautiful grounds. You just need a car to get around. Otherwise you're relying on Transit and the shuttle. But the town is really close by it's worth the view and the food was great at The Bistro. Would highly recommend!
When I opened the door to my hotel room and saw the view right out the window, I was awestruck. It was a very spectacular view. We were only staying for one night, but if you were staying longer, there’s a lot of amenities that the hotel gives you including a bistro next to the hotel. Chilled vibe to this delightful hotel. From the moment you walk in you and subsumed in the ambience through the smells, sounds, design and decor. The staff are brilliant and so helpful without being patronising. They are all quick to relate the ethos of the place, which is to maintain the indigenous heritage. The room was adequate without being extravagant. Is there a better situated hot-tub in the rockies. A free shuttle into Banff was prompt and Mike the driver so polite.
