Very functional and weight lifting oriented gym with all machines you could ask for. Machines are oldschool but in top notch shape. Huge yoga studio upstairs aswell. Very fast and easy communication and 24/7 access!
Loved the facilities and the owners were amazingly helpful and friendly !!
Joni was amazing to deal with! I was only in town for a few days and she got me sorted out so I can do my early morning workouts! The weight room has everything you need for a proper training session!
Joni is a great trainer. Safe and very reliable. Love working with her. She diffentley knows what's best for you.
