Facility is horrible. Staff changes constantly. Recently all managers quit at the same time and I removed my loved one from here immediately. Found out very few notes were ever put in her file, I saw residents literally on the floor and missing personal items when I moved my family member. No communication between staff and families. The man representing the out of state owners is rude, belligerent and a bully. He told me he was going to evict everyone, close the facility and then reopen.
