This place is like a prison, visiting it was definitely an eye opener, shocked to see these dirty conditions in 21st century Australia, do not send anyone here, it’s a nightmare. Staff & treatment & conditions are downright horrible & borderline abusive.

My Mum was transferred to Juniper Charles Jenkins TCP from Bentley Hospital about a week now. All the staffs are wonderful, professional and caring. My mum has dementia and without English, we were worried that she will have difficulty adjusting. We visit her everyday staying during the day time to assist with languages barrier. We always feel assure that our Mum is well looked after, when we are not around. Thank you very much for your dedication and caring. From grateful daughters.
