We had an enormous tree removed by Junior's Tree Service. It took two days, and we split the cost with the neighbor. Their whole team was professional, well-coordinated, and highly skilled. They were polite and left things nice and neat, and they offered a very competitive price for the work. Several of our neighbors hired them for tree trimming after they saw what a great job they did for us. I would absolutely hire them again, and I recommend that you do, too!
You can hire Junior Tree Service to cut down your neighbor's tree. See what a good job they did cutting down my tree. A neighbor paid them to do it. Without verifying it was ok with her they "trimmed it down to this. Now its dead, it never recovered as they promised it would.
