Don't mess around with other retailers, if your looking for a good ebike. Junior's ebike is the place to go for sales and service. Needed an ebike as back and knees can't handle a TREK 7100 21 gear bike. 70 yrs old, 6ft 2 in, 220 lbs, guy. So need a sturdy bike. Looked all over and no one serviced what they sold. These guys are awesome!! Saved me over $300 by recommending I order the parts I needed myself. Long story short I ended up getting the parts for free from the manufacturer. They could have charged me lots of money to fix my bike but they didn’t. I would highly recommend doing business with these people. They are very honest and trustworthy. Thanks guys!!
Don't need to be in a shop to post a review. Don't get mad, get better. Stop overpricing your product and actually be at your store when a customer stops by. Happy raging.
