Price was great, service even better for adjustments following year. The only place to get your e vehicle I traveled from London and it was worth it.
I've gone here twice, and left with existing issues on my ebike that were found and fixed by other shops. Most recently, another shop found the wrong style of brakes (although functional; escooter verses ebike), the fork being installed backwards by the initial owner (I bought 2nd hand, which I disclosed on both services at Juniors), the motor brakes loose & damaged, as well as an overuse of oil. Don't mess around with other retailers, if your looking for a good ebike. Junior's ebike is the place to go for sales and service. Needed an ebike as back and knees can't handle a TREK 7100 21 gear bike. 70 yrs old, 6ft 2 in, 220 lbs, guy. So need a sturdy bike. Looked all over and no one serviced what they sold.
