Terrible experience. I brought my car in for a simple inspection and ended up waiting over two hours, even though I had an appointment. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and no one gave me any updates while I sat there. When I finally got my car back, they failed it for minor issues that other shops told me were perfectly fine. Feels like they were just trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Terrible place. I had a truck in the shop and I asked for an estimate for multiple days. They did not give me an estimate and started the work and then just processed my card on file. The price was almost 2 times as much as I expected. Then we find out that they made the transmission situation even worse by messing up the wiring which we needed over $1000 to fix at another shop. Very good service. Highly recommend them. A dealer tried to tell us our transmission needed replacement for over $12,000! Took it to Junior’s Transmission for free and they verified it was fine. Thank you!
