I love this place. Delicious food, friendly staff, and great family atmosphere. Always get the brisket sandwich and I’m never disappointed. Go here for great Ottawa BBQ.
Great food, loved the burnt ends and pork belly sandwich
I will give credit to where credit is due. The place is very clean and looks awesome. The rustic look is very inviting. The place looks awesome actually! The staff is friendly, and welcoming Where it went sour for me.. They did not want to order for pickup.. (called in and they refused to take my order) The food was not up to my expectations. Great find! Stopped in on the way home to Toronto and wow! we will be back one day! We ordered the meat by the pound and it was perfect for our group of 5. Brisket is cooked to perfection! Burnt ends were a favourite as was the mac&cheese. The best and goat cheese salad was a nice touch to the meat platter!
I was shocked that a BBQ joint would have some tasty vegetarian options, but honestly their smokey mushroom burger was excellent and the sides...the beans, the Mac & cheese just delicious. My carnivore partner had the brisket tacos and said they were excellent.
