Huge heartfelt thanks to Juliette, Nicole and the team! My Mum was left with terrible double vision after a stroke. The Doctors all said nothing could be done -she would just have to wear an eye patch for the rest of her life to eliminate the double vision. Thank goodness we found Juliette! She was amazing and incredibly kind! Juliette spent a great deal of time to successfully help Mum eliminate the double vision with prism lenses. So no more eye patch- beautiful glasses instead! Since we bought comfortable and stylish glasses for my two year old late last year, Junic have provided exemplary post sales service and made sure to fix the glasses under warranty when needed, which for a toddler wearing glasses has been a bit too often! But they have made the process smooth and done it all with a smile each time. Cannot recommend them highly enough if you need to buy glasses for a small child.
I feel very fortunate to have found Junic Eyecare Plus as the place to take my son for his first eye examination. Dr. Juliet (and the entire staff) innately understand the impact and importance that a first time optometrist visit is for a child. I was greatly impressed by and thankful for their care, consideration and kid friendly service. My son is already asking when we can go back!
I have complex recurrent eye conditions and needed urgent care from a flare up. Coming from Melbourne, I was unable to access my usual healthcare networks - we called 15+ optometrists in Canberra and Junic Eyecare was the only one who would take me in for urgent care on the day itself. Dr Juliet knew right away what to do and understood my conditions. She checked my eyes, provided pain relief, prescribed me eye drops, and basically saved me from going into emergency. Travelled from the other side of Canberra for my son to see Dr Juliet because we had heard she was great with kids and she did not disappoint. Excellent manner, very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
