This place is horrible ! I’d give 0 stars if I can .I had 3 visits . First time I was scheduled with a stylist that was a level one which I had no clue about. Thinking they’ll hook me up with someone who was very well trained . So Weird how they hook u up with a level one stylist for a first time experience. Second time I went they said there will be someone to help her out . Show up and they don’t have anyone helping her ! giving any tips .She said all the black strands will be gone . I had very satisfying relaxation I enjoyed each of my minutes when I was there I cut my hair with bangs and they washed and dried it turned out super beautiful I prefer to my girls my relatives and every one of you. It’s not expensive you will enjoy your price and your time there.

I woke up brunette this morning, after asking for blonde like I had done two visits earlier. This is the third time I have left with a color other than what I requested. The price keeps increasing each time I go. It took 2 1/2 hours of my life to get something I did not want, again. Apparently they do not keep notes on what is used on their client's hair. The price is exorbitant and I am furious. Never again.
