10 minutes ago, a child urinated down the yellow slide. And although I told someone working there about this, they did not take the children away from the slides or do anything else. I tried to stop all the children there myself, but to no avail. Some parents took their children away, but most of the children there had another child's urine on their clothes or on their hands. This place does it right. Friendly staff, well organized, and Clean clean clean.
Came here with my 2 sons, 6 and 7 year olds, and they had the BEST time. The atmosphere was extremely entertaining for the boys and the young man working at the front, Daniel, provided the utmost excellent service. He really goes above and beyond to provide satisfaction with customers, by offering me coffee, offering the boys snacks, and always being attentive and prepared to be there for anything we could have needed.
