My daughter has been invited to a few parties here and its always been a pleasure. Some arcade games, clean. And decent food. She loves the make your own goodie bag at the end of a party.
The kids always have fun and the staff are kind, I just really don’t think this place has ever been cleaned. The layers of filth are shocking. It would be nice if they not only cleaned but provided a cleaning schedule to customers to be clear that this indoor playground is actually maintained and disinfected. We have had 2 birthday partys here for my kids plus my sister had a few for her kiddos about 7 year ago it was amazing! Everyone had a blast! Jim is a very nice Man he's doing an amazing job so kind!
Had my son’s birthday party here last month. The kids had a great time. I couldn’t help but notice how visibly dirty the place was. Especially behind the counter where the food is prepared. The girl working who was supposed to “host” didn’t host anything at all. She didn’t say 2 words to us and seemed inconvenienced when we asked her for anything.
