I can't speak for anyone else, but I have been shopping here for twenty-five years and never recall ever being treated rudely by staff, even when I come in several times per week. It does get crowded on the weekends but that is because this is one of the few true tourist attraction-grocery stores that I ever heard of. People come here from out of state. So more than the store, you have to be patient with people as they leisurely take in the amazement. They probably aren't a local running in grabbing milk and bread in a hurry... read more
