I always try to go late in the evening to avoid crowds, and that's a great time to go. The young man in the deli who waited on me was very nice and treated me great! Always enjoy my Jungle Jim experiences!
Four words...WE LOVE JUNGLE JIMS! I'm a chef so i always love a trip there. We need one in Indiana!
There is a lot of thought that goes into the selection and displays of food in this store. I found the rice noodles, lemon grass bags, and bean sprouts together for the most convenient pho shopping ever. There are hundreds of varieties of cheese, and the Jamaican colas, Angel cookies and spices were a nice surprise. Please switch out the shopping carts or pressure wash them though, they have seen better days. Wine tastings and Starbucks, nice touch.
They have everything you could possibly eat or drink. Definitely the go to place for a spice or anything you can't get at your regular grocery store. Very......Very.....Very expensive.
