My friend and I go regularly and it’s always a highlight of our week. The energy is unmatched—we get down to the best tracks, work up a serious sweat, and just have an all-round great time. The space is super welcoming, and it's amazing to see all kinds of bodies moving together, feeling strong and celebrated. Even came alone feel all together and nothing to shy , feel so free!!!!! I don’t sweaty normally but this makes me crazy sweaty but so much fun!!!!. If someone did not try it or hesitate to do, you must do it!!! Thank you for the class !!! Now i can sleep so well after awesome workout! Hahahaha 😘

This class was so much fun and such high energy. The vibe was amazing, the moves felt great and overall a really great workout. Very sweaty but very very fun! Wil definitely be coming back’

These classes are high-energy, with dynamic movements and infectious rhythms that left me feeling invigorated. The instructor creates a welcoming space; I have no rhythm and lack endurance but I feel encouraged to participate and all levels of ability are able to express themselves freely.

The epitome of fun cardio! You dance, shake and SWEAT. If you’re looking for burn some calories and have immense fun doing it, look no further. I have been coming to this class for 2.5 years and love the community the instructor Yin has built. 10/10 highly recommend!
