Dr Jungkeit removed a lipoma from my forehead and did an excellent job. His office staff was friendly and helpful. I am glad my GP sent me to him. I highly recommend Dr. Jungkeit.
Dr. Jungkeit found that I had an infection in the bone behind my ear drum. He treated it right away and I recovered completely. Nice and competent.
Horrible. He convinced my husband and myself that he had this new machineto fix our adenoids and we would both breathe better. He kept going back and forth between my room and my husband's. He kept calling his assistant in because he couldn't remember the proper settings he did this so many times I finally asked him to stop.Clearly he was not well trained to use it and it was painful He charged us a $1000.00 not covered by insurance I did not want to pay anything since he clearly didn't know how to use it. Jungkeit provided a referral for a hearing test. I had a hearing test showing normal hearing 3 years before and I perceived no change in my hearing; I decided to not get the test. Then Jungkeit's staff started calling me and leaving voice messages about my having not gotten the test and they "need" to talk to me. Then I got a letter, marked as "certified mail", urging that I contact them ASAP. }:( This isn't good service, it's badgering. If I decide to not get a test, it's my business.
