I called Stefano today from spare parts and he was NOT helpful at all, would not do anything until he had my credit card. All I wanted was to receive my spare key from my new machine as I only received one key. Then since they couldn't fix our older Manitou they gave us a rental, that key has broken so I wanted a replacement key. Jungheinrich, this service is unacceptable, just because Stefano is from spare parts he didn't think he needed to give customer service.
