I called Stefano today from spare parts and he was NOT helpful at all, would not do anything until he had my credit card. All I wanted was to receive my spare key from my new machine as I only received one key. Then since they couldn't fix our older Manitou they gave us a rental, that key has broken so I wanted a replacement key. Jungheinrich, this service is unacceptable, just because Stefano is from spare parts he didn't think he needed to give customer service. Terrible service. Tried calling service multiple times never got called back. Only way to get through is if you say you are wanting to buy a machine. Service has slipped GREATLY since the NTP days. Avoid going here.
