Poor unloading times. All that needs to be said.
I'm a owner Operator that arrived at 6:30 am for a delivery and I'm still here at 3:30 pm waiting to be unloaded. This place is poorly ran because they don't update you on why and how long you will be delayed and also, they don't allow or have bathroom facilities for the drivers while they wait 9 to 10 hrs in their driveway waiting for them to call you to be unloaded. This long delay has cost me $1,700 because I could not pickup my next load by 2 pm that was just 30 mins away. Now I'm stuck here until tomorrow. They need a m... read more
