Unbelievably rude staff. If Dr. Jung wasn't so good, I'd NEVER recommend this place. As a mother of a small boy who needed ear tubes, they did nothing to put me at ease, didn't answer my questions and were beyond rude. It took several different calls and messages to even try and schedule his surgery. I was placed on hold for ridiculous amounts of time and even hung up on.
