Coded my neck image as a car accident, which it wasn't. Medicare told me that his company sent the bill to my insurance!! When that didn't work, the bill was sent to someone else's insurance!! Rejected again, so his Employer sent me a bill in full, stating the image was for a WORK RELATED INJURY!! He started this outrageous, untruthful mess. Guess this is what happens when Radiologists work from home. State Board Complaint pending.
