if you want to work with Agent who is not desciplined enough to communicate then you are at the right agency. he will not reply to calls and text and even when he does reply is half the reply and then dissapears. there are better options thanks
They were the cheapest insurance around
Kevin seems like a nice guy but he was unresponsive when I tried to add another vehicle to my policy and so I switched insurance.
Kevin is very helpful to any questions I had. He got better quotes for my condo so I referred my husband to him and he got way better deal than what he had been paying. I think Erie is a better company than what I was with also.
