My husband learned of Mr. Chang's work after observing the exceptional quality of the exterior paint job he and his partner had completed on our next door neighbor's house. We hired Mr. Chang to paint the exterior of our house in Valencia, CA in August of 2019 and found him to be honest, professional, prompt and reliable. He showed up ready to start work and completed the job on the date and time promised, and afterwards, received many compliments from the neighbors on the appearance of our house.
