Super fast, super helpful and super kind. However, what made my visit less than 5 stars is the fact my car was left disgusting. The inside of driver side door wasn't wiped down nor was the passenger side (and tbf the passenger could've looked like that when I dropped off but to my knowledge it didn't), that doesn't sound like a big deal but for me it is cause I have skin allergies to a lot of things so I know for a fact that the driver side door didn't look like when I dropped off. The kind of place that will put back striped out screws on your air filter housing instead of using bigger ones.
Can't be trusted to even do proper recall work. Wife and I got the recall for the airbags and we don't even know if the one that could kill us with shrapnel while driving was changed. How could I be aware of such a thing? They tried to clear ALL error codes without looking at what they were, INCLUDING THE AIRBAG ERROR LIGHT, because the brake light switch throwing the engine light is now not a current error code when I'm the one who accidentally whizz-wheeled through the speed sensor working on the axle.
