Was passing thru area on vacation and had truck problems. The service department went out of their way to work me in and get us back on the road. Outstanding customer service. Thank you sooo much for a very positive experience.
They fixed one problem and caused another. Lack of communication caused more problems. Left with still an issue to be fixed by someone else apparently.
Super fast, super helpful and super kind. However, what made my visit less than 5 stars is the fact my car was left disgusting. The inside of driver side door wasn't wiped down nor was the passenger side (and tbf the passenger could've looked like that when I dropped off but to my knowledge it didn't), that doesn't sound like a big deal but for me it is cause I have skin allergies to a lot of things so I know for a fact that the driver side door didn't look like when I dropped off. I've never gotten my car back from anywhere... read more
