My husband and I visited for the Sunday brunch, and were very tempted to sign up for a whole weekend by the end of the meal! The food was delicious, especially the sausage, made in-house; the ambiance of the dining room was lovely. Very good value for the price as well, and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
I was looking for a day trip getaway from Charlotte and saw this place advertised on Instagram. The pics looked great but I still felt like it was a shot in the dark. Boy was I surprised and pleased. It's a beautiful property with exquisite food and a wonderful, kind, attentive staff. I went for the meals but had unexpected adventures like the farm tour which was fascinating and a mixology class in which they made cocktails from produce and herbs grown on the farm. Don't miss this one!
They had a great Mother's day brunch on their social feed. I was sold and looked perfect. The atmosphere was beautiful. The venue was nice. Then we get to the food part. They were literally out of everything in their buffet. I spent $62 a person to eat some soggy lettuce with no dressing. Cold eggs with no bacon or sausage. The fruit had scraps left over. An unforgettable farm-to-table experience! The food is absolutely amazing, and knowing it all comes from the land around you makes it even more special. The combination of great food, cozy cabins, and beautiful scenery is unbeatable
