We had the worst experience with this dealership. I could go on and on. From selling us a vehicle with an open recall (stalling at high speeds) and not telling us, to having our vehicle for 6 weeks before working on it, even though they had the parts weeks before and said they were working on it. I had to get the vehicle towed, they said they were going to pay for the tow and never did. I had one of their vehicles as a loner and it started smoking so I had to get a different one, they had given me the vehicle on empty so I h... read more

Benjamin Manly is incredibly helpful and great. I have placed a couple orders for parts through Juneau Toyota now and it has been an excellent expierence both times.
Out of towner here for a seasonal job. They took care of my oil change and tire rotation quickly and without a problem. No bs add ons or upsells. I appreciate it!
