Kinda sad. Toyota as a brand has done well and the quality is there. However the Toyota dealerships and shops seem, well… more like angry teenagers in a school shop than confident professionals that respect their craft.
Great improvement at Toyota Service over the previous owners. Their techs did a thorough job of inspecting our car and found some problems, including a serious problem that had been overlooked before. The front desk staff clearly described the problems and our options to me, and updated me daily on progress getting the parts to Juneau and when the repair would be finished. It's never fun to have to get a car repaired but this was much, much smoother than under previous management. Hope they keep it up!
We had the worst experience with this dealership. I could go on and on. From selling us a vehicle with an open recall (stalling at high speeds) and not telling us, to having our vehicle for 6 weeks before working on it, even though they had the parts weeks before and said they were working on it. I had to get the vehicle towed, they said they were going to pay for the tow and never did. Toyota serviced my car in two hours today. They did a great job. I have had my car serviced here for years. Wouldn’t take it anywhere else. Thanks
Benjamin Manly is incredibly helpful and great. I have placed a couple orders for parts through Juneau Toyota now and it has been an excellent expierence both times.
