Easy access, well built, great security. A nice, clean place in a great location.
Overall I really like Juneau Self Storage. The facility itself is clean, safe and has controlled access. I wish the pricing eat a little more competitive with U-Haul or it were easier to upgrade to a larger climate controlled unit . You get more storage for you money with U-Haul, but the location is not as good. Overall I’m very happy.
Customer service is excellent! I received prompt responses every time, even when the office wasn’t open they unexpectedly called with information and instructions on my move out. The building is very secure, dry and comfortable temperature. Access available 24hrs. Thank you!
This storage place is great. Always well maintained and well secured.
Great experience so far. The units are cleaned and the facility is well maintained. I like that we have a climate controlled unit. An added bonus is they come by and check locks periodically which makes me happy.
