A+ Offering 3 great locations. Very professional full-time staff, most secure facilities in Juneau. Management does multiple walk-throughs per day at each of the 3 facilities and actively monitors all areas with cameras. 24/7 on call support. They offer In-floor heated and un-heated units with best in class access controls.
The guy running this place is rude and prejudice. He confused my husband and I for someone else and yelled at him for having supposedly leaving a bunch of furniture in a unit. We had rented from them before without issues and even got our deposit back since we left a clean unit. Be warned this guy goes postal on people for no apparent reason.
