Has to be the worst service I have ever received from any business, I was getting my truck repaired. For multiple repairs it took 1 year to have my transmission worked on, and it was on me to make sure parts were ordered, had to call a handful of times. Then a small axle problem happened, it took over 4-5 months to make something happen, and it came down to me calling them multiple times, always getting a promise of a call back with no return call. I called ahead and Kyle had the truck I was look at warmed up and ready to go. He even thawed out another one with a higher trip level so we could take a closer look. The price was great and financing needs were taken care of on the spot. I wasn't expecting to drive it home, but I did! Great service, but no pressure, from a local dealership. Well worth it!
The actual test drive and leasing process was really good. Cameron was great. Knocked off one star for two reasons: 1) initial contact was via web form where I requested no phone calls then received two calls and a text message and 2) called the service office multiple times several days ago for work on my 2017 Chevy Malibu and had to get someone else to service the car because no one picked up the phone nor returned voice mail.
Cameron has been beyond helpful with any question I have. I would recommend him to anyone going to this dealership. We are still in process of finalizing paperwork and getting car to me. I will say I’ve been trying to get in contact with finance for a few days without a response, but would buy from them again in future!
Very attentive, they listened to what I wanted and didn’t get pushy.
